DO I NEED PLANNING PERMISSION?
Most garden rooms don’t require planning permission. They are classed as outbuildings, so you’re allowed to build one as long as you comply with certain rules. We build to regulations and comply with building regulations so do not need planning permission in most cases. If unsure, give us a call to discuss.
CAN YOU INSTALL WHERE ACCESS IS LIMITED?
Yes, in most cases this would not be an issue. This will be confirmed via an onsite survey but we have installed builds in terrace houses! So access shouldn’t be an issue.
DO I NEED TO BE THERE DURING THE BUILD?
No, our teams are fully equipped with battery operated tools and toilets/welfare within the vans meaning we will not need to access your home. We have in fact completed a room whilst our client where on holiday! (Access needed when/if armoured cable connection is made)
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Everything that you ask for! There are no hidden costs. We listen to what you want, discuss the options and provide you with a fully detailed and inclusive quotation. We will clearly state your investment, including VAT, and if there are any likely additional costs then you are made fully aware of them… or you don’t pay for them!
